Data we process

Profile pictures

Uploading a profile picture is optional. If you upload one, the image is stored in private Supabase Storage and is shown together with your display name in the leaderboards of groups you are a member of.

Your profile picture is only made available to members of groups you share. Access is granted through short-lived signed links; the file is not publicly accessible.

You can change or remove your profile picture at any time in the app. When you remove it, or when you delete your account, the image file is deleted from storage.

Why we process this data

We use this data to provide CupCall features: authentication, groups, predictions, scoring, streaks, powerups, match schedules, realtime updates, and notifications.

Service providers

CupCall uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage (including profile pictures), realtime functionality, and email-based account recovery.

CupCall uses football-data.org as a source for public football match data such as fixtures, scores, teams, and match status. CupCall does not send your account data, predictions, groups, coins, or powerup inventory to football-data.org.

Tracking and advertising

CupCall does not use advertising tracking, does not show third-party ads, and does not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Account data, predictions, group information, and an uploaded profile picture are stored while your account exists or until you request deletion. A profile picture is also deleted as soon as you remove it in the app.

Deletion requests can be sent to geertz@otzen.de.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, and data portability by contacting geertz@otzen.de.
